Our beekeepers place their hives far from intensive agriculture and industry, so the bees forage on native flowers exactly as nature intended.
The higher the MGO number, the rarer the honey
MGO (methylglyoxal) is the natural compound that gives Manuka honey its potent, antibacterial strength. Every jar is independently tested by accredited laboratories to guarantee minimum MGO levels...where higher numbers mean stronger honey and a rarer harvest.
